U.S. NATIONAL PARKS
The U.S. National Parks Series reflects my vision of what our most treasured national parks and coastlines might look like in the year 2050 unless drastic changes are made to curb industrial and commercial exploitation of our natural environment. My process in illustrating this vision is to integrate my images of future devastation with the paintings and photographs of 19th and 20th century American artists who portrayed our national parks in pristine condition.
